Infant, Toddler and Preschool Child Development Centers

At the YMCA, our child care options meet your child's needs by giving them positive attention and encouraging their social development. Our preschoolers are taught to tap into their creativity through our research-based curriculum.

Children we serve through our Child Development Centers range in age from six weeks to five years old. Our preschoolers are taught to tap into their creativity through our research-based curriculum, which includes an appreciation for language and literature, listening, speaking, reading and writing and uses a mix of strategies and activities.

  • SAFE

    Safety has always been and will continue to be our top priority. The Y conducts background checks for all staff that engages with children. Our staff is highly trained in childcare including CPR and First Aid. There is also ongoing professional development.

  • ACCESSIBLE

    The Y is for everyone regardless of their ability to pay. Financial aid is available for memberships, programs and childcare.

  • CONFIDENCE

    Children gain the confidence they need to try new things, make new friends and do well in school.

    With creative programming, enthusiastic staff and dedicated volunteers, we guarantee FUN for every child.
